Why do I feel like crap all the time?

You're overwhelmed. You're tired. You're frustrated.

I get it. I've been there.
My boys were only 2 and 5 when I quit my agency job to open my own therapy practice.
 
I knew it would be a challenge to grow a business and a family.
There was SO MUCH to do, from laundry to spreadsheets!
 
I was NOT prepared for the overwhelm, frustration, and shame I felt trying to balance it all. As time went on, I became more and more impatient with everything and everyone.
 
I knew I had to figure something out before I lost my shit.
 
Sound familiar?

Even though I didn't know it at the time,

all that struggle and stress planted the seeds for Burnout to Balance.

 

Parenting is hard, at any stage. It just is.

 

The world puts a lot of unrealistic expectations and pressure on moms.

 

But, it doesn't have to lead to burnout and losing your shit.

Just like me, you can stop surviving and start thriving.

 

You can feel more in control of your life and your schedule.

 

You can be the parent that you want to be.

 

You can do all that and still make time for yourself.
