Quick story...
It was 2015. My kids were two and five.
I had just quit my overworking, underpaying agency job to start my own therapy practice.
In the season following, I found myself overwhelmed, distracted, insecure, and anxious - like my weaknesses were on full display now that I was my own boss.
I had no choice but to succumb to my emotions or find a way out.
I chose the latter.
While journeying through my own burnout, I developed ways to combine my therapy expertise with a coaching practice to bring moms from burnout to balance.
